范功端,男,副教授,博士生导师,福州大学土木工程学院市政工程系主任,建筑、工管与市政工程党支部书记,2018年获福建省自然科学基金杰青项目资助。主要从事饮用水安全保障技术、水污染控制与治理、海绵城市建设和水体生态修复、水处理纳米材料与技术等研究。
