徐迟，男，1997年11月生，河北唐山人，工学博士，师从李杰院士。福建省2025届引进生，现任福州大学土木工程学院副教授。

考虑结构全寿命周期的荷载不确定性量化方法
多种荷载效应的精确组合理论
既有结构鉴定、加固中的荷载取值依据（面向城市更新）
